We’ve spent two sermons with Job, and it is finally in this third sermon that God appears to Job. Job asked for an audience with God and Job finally gets that audience. God appears in a whirlwind and the writer of Job spends “two chapters on God talking about who God is.” But God’s response to Job is not at all what Job probably expected.
