“Breath for Dry Bones” (A17: Fifth Sunday in Lent)

Rev. Dr. Tammy Lewis Wilborn

Ezekiel 37:1-14; Psalm 130; Romans 8:6-11; John 11:1-45

Lewis Wilborn reflects on Ezekiel’s vision of dry bones as a metaphor for spiritual death and renewal, urging listeners to receive God’s life-giving command, renew their minds, and rise as living witnesses of divine restoration.

Rev. Dr. Tammy Lewis Wilborn is the founding pastor of Gateway to Life United Church of Christ in Nashville, Tennessee. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling from Loyola University of New Orleans, a master of divinity from Vanderbilt University Divinity School, and a doctorate in counselor education and supervision from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
